Fashion in Motion at Victoria & Albert Museum

Fashion in Motion is a series of live fashion shows at the V&A featuring leading fashion designers from across the world. Central Saint Martins graduate Fredrik Tjærandsen showcased highlights from his incredible Moments of Clarity presentation, featuring garments made from spectacular rubber 'bubbles'.

His Fashion in Motion event built upon his Moments of Clarity showcase, with otherworldly ‘bubbles’ in movement within the grand expanse of the V&A's Raphael Gallery.

Tjærandsen said about the show:

The V&A is a place of imagination – their objects full of history and memory, the dedication to design, it inspires me. This knowledge which is explored through meaningful design is something that my work is deeply concerned with, the building is bursting with thoughts and feelings in works that span across endless eras, it’s infinitely uplifting and I am very excited to show here in the Gallery and present my work to a wider audience.
